Who I Am

I am an Electrical Engineer (PhD), a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) of Ontario, Canada, and IEEE Senior Member with over 20 years of active engineering experience in RF and microwave design, network architecture, and railway transit control systems. I have led the design and architecture of international projects involving radar systems, automatic train control, and large-scale wired and wireless networks. My expertise includes Communication-Based Train Control (CBTC), European Train Control Systems (ETCS), and advanced network design. Throughout my career, I have been a key member of technical design teams, serving as a leader in creating and reviewing detailed technical design documents and contributing to critical decision-making processes. My consulting experience with leading firms has further honed my ability to deliver innovative and practical solutions. As an active IEEE researcher, patent holder, and RF/microwave design innovator, I am committed to advancing technology in my field. I also operate a personal lab focused on IoT and cutting-edge RF technologies, ensuring continuous innovation and technical leadership.
